Description

The touchONE-10-W is a wired on-wall reservation panel offering a clean modern design with edge-to-edge front glass and a sleek aluminum body. It is an ideal reservation panel for any meeting place such as a meeting room, boardroom, training room, auditorium, etc.

The reservation panel can be operated in landscape or portrait mode. This mode is set in the panel administration.


Landscape mode

The reservation panel is delivered with a dedicated reservation application and it works as a direct client for calendar systems, e.g. Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, or Google Workspace. Any other hardware or software is not needed. The Reservation panel shows the current status of the room as well as the calendar of events. It allows to reserve the room, and prolong and cancel the current event. Many other functions are available.

Each panel offers a simple digital signage functionality - info mode, in which image sequences can be played. The info mode is set in the CUE Admin application.

A single cable Ethernet connection provides easy network integration. The touch panel is equipped with Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology enabling an Ethernet network cable to deliver both data and power.

The panel is ready for Wi-Fi communication using Wireless Module W. It is an expansion accessory and allows wireless communication as a replacement for a wired Ethernet connection. If wireless communication is used, the panel must be powered by PoE as when using wired Ethernet. However, it does not need to be connected to a PoE switch, but a local PoE adapter is sufficient. This can save Ethernet infrastructure costs in many cases.

The touch panel installs easily on a glass wall or other flat surface without any wall drilling or surface cutting. When installed it protrudes only 25 mm from the mounting surface.
