The internal engine performs data analysis and offers a wide range of transparent analytical dashboards that are displayed in the administration application in the Analytics section.

Navigation analytics

Basic navigation dashboard

This dashboard contains a graph that shows the ratio of logged-in and anonymous users. Also, a graph that shows the total number of times the navigation has been used and the number of times the navigation has been visited.

The charts include the most used start and destination locations with the number of entries, as well as a numerical representation of the total number of times the navigation was used and the number of unique different devices on which the navigation was run.

This dashboard contains a graph that shows the number of unique devices on which the navigation has been launched over time, the number of uses of the navigation, and the number of visits of the navigation.

Basic resource analytics

Basic overview

The chart shows the total scheduled event time and the total actual event time.

In the table, you can see the basic statistics for each resource: number of bookings, average resource usage, average event duration, and many others.

Standard resource analytics

Basic overview by location

The chart shows the total scheduled event time and the total actual event time.

In the table, you can see basic statistics for each location: number of reservations, average resourcer usage, average event duration, and many more.

Basic overview by resource capacity

The chart shows the total scheduled event time and the total actual event time.

In the table you can see basic statistics for individual room capacities: number of reservations, average use of resourcers, average duration of the event, and many more.

The chart shows the total scheduled event time and the total actual event time.

Reservations by time

This chart shows the total number of all reservations on a given day.

Reservations by user

This dashboard describes each reservation from the user's perspective. It offers user name, room usage, event start, event end, resource, etc.

Unconfirmed reservations by user

 

This dashboard reports unconfirmed reservations and their details. It also shows how many reservations out of the total number were not confirmed and who is the biggest sinner in this regard.

Premium resource analytics

Room reservations without attendees

This dashboard shows users who are using the room without inviting attendees. It serves as a monitoring tool for meeting room abuse. It shows the users who most often book without other participants. It also shows which rooms by capacity are most often booked without additional participants.

Room efficiency by capacity

 

The dashboard shows the average room usage by capacity. The evaluation is based on the number of participants invited to the meeting.

Room efficiency by user

This dashboard shows how efficiently the room is used by the individual organizers. That is, how many participants they invite to the event and what room capacity they choose for the event. It also shows the details of individual bookings: organizer's name, subject, efficiency, start, end, and many others.
